Mistfall Hunter’s named threats are not one flat list. The collected sources split them into brackets that decide how you prepare, and they only partly agree on where those lines fall. This page collects the roster, the stat spans, the bracket models, and the places the sources contradict each other, so you can see the whole shape before committing to a pull.

Everything here comes from one third-party database and two community roster pages. None of them is a developer-published list, and one of the three states outright that it is unfinished.

What are the boss brackets in Mistfall Hunter?

One roster describes three brackets, and the useful part is what each implies about preparation rather than the labels themselves.

  • Mist Lords are the top bracket: marquee set-piece encounters with unique attack patterns, described as built for coordinated teams rather than a lone run. That roster names General Harald and Salmar as the two confirmed so far, and reports the studio as saying the hardest difficulty is the most reliable path to top-tier gear.
  • Underlords are described as powerful Corroded guardians that spawn to mark red zones on the Chaos map — a warning that both loot and risk are nearby — rather than fixed named encounters.
  • Boss-tier enemies are tougher Corroded met more casually, such as the Brandrgarde Captain, Foul Hound Alpha, and Fungus Matron. They hit harder and drop better than regular mobs but carry no arena mechanics or team requirements.

That model is single-source, and the second roster does not follow it. GMTreks applies the Underlord label to specific named enemies instead — the Tyrannical Executioner, the Twinblade Warrior Statue, and the Elite Berserker are each listed as Underlords with a fixed location. It also gives the Flesheater the enemy type “Lord” rather than “Mist Lord”.

So the bracket names are consistent across sources; their definitions are not. Treat “Underlord” as a term whose meaning is currently unsettled in community documentation rather than a tier you can plan around.

Which bosses are in Mistfall Hunter and where are they?

Locations are the weakest part of the available evidence, and the two rosters disagree in a specific, visible way: they swap both Mist Lords.

Because the disagreement reverses both Mist Lords at once rather than differing on one, it reads more like a transposition in one source than two independent findings. A third guide — the games.gg Flesheater write-up — independently places both Brandrgarde Mist Lords as the Flesheater and Harald, which puts two sources on the Brandrgarde side for Harald. See the General Harald guide for that arena detail in full.

Two further cautions on this table. The EGamersWorld roster says six named threats are confirmed across three zones with the list expected to grow in Season 1, so it is a snapshot rather than a final count. And GMTreks states plainly that it is still working on other sections, so an absence there is not evidence a boss does not exist.

One entity may be double-counted: EGamersWorld’s “Corroded Warden” in Solemn Needles and GMTreks’ Tyrannical Executioner both carry Warden framing in their descriptions, but neither source says they are the same enemy, so both rows are kept.

How tough is each boss?

A third-party database publishes scaled spans rather than fixed numbers, and explains why in its own footnote: health and attack scale with the raid queued into, with the spans running from a Normal solo run up to a Cataclysm squad. Defence is a flat 705 on every enemy listed, boss and elite alike.

Set-piece bosses

BossHealthAttackDefenceAttack moves

General Harald3,430–10,518332–493705not listed
Salmar, the Cursed Moonwane4,073–12,490332–49370519

Harald and Salmar share an attack span, so health is what separates them — Salmar carries roughly 19% more at both ends. Combined with her second phase, that supports treating her as the harder of the two.

Elites worth knowing

EliteHealthAttackAttack moves
Elite Berserker2,464–7,379283–4311
Tyrannical Executioner2,464–7,379283–431not listed

Fungus Matron1,077–3,288213–34922
Foul Hound Alpha462–1,108132–2366

The heavy band at the top overlaps the Flesheater’s own health span, which is the practical point: the difference between an elite and a set-piece boss is not always raw numbers. The Elite Berserker matches the Tyrannical Executioner exactly on health and attack while listing a single attack move; the Fungus Matron is marked stationary yet carries the highest move count in the table.

Two enemies deserve a caveat rather than a row. The Soulgnawer appears in this database and nowhere else in the collected material, and several entries show a dash instead of an attack-move count — including both Harald and the Flesheater — so no move count can be quoted for them.

These are extracted third-party values, not a developer balance sheet, and any patch can change them.

How do you find and trigger a boss fight?

One roster describes bosses as deliberate objectives rather than encounters you stumble into. Its account, single-source throughout:

  1. Chaos mode is the entry point. Standard-difficulty runs are said never to put you in front of a Mist Lord; you queue into Chaos, solo or trio, before Harald or Salmar become available targets.
  2. A higher-difficulty layer sits above it, reached from inside a Chaos trio match and switched on with a consumable. Both the mode name and the item are named by this source alone, so they are not repeated here as established terminology.
  3. Underlords need no activation. They mark themselves as red zones on the map during a Chaos run, and approaching the zone starts the fight.
  4. Scout before you pull. The same roster advises checking your nearest exit, watching for other squads, and clearing only what you must, because a boss fight draws attention and being third-partied mid-fight is a common way a good run ends badly.

That last warning sits awkwardly beside the games.gg description of a Brandrgarde arena that seals behind the engaging team so other squads cannot interfere. Both may be true of different fights; no source reconciles them.

On rewards, the same roster says map bosses are currently the only source of Holy weapons, that each drops a weapon unique to its fight, and that those weapons are set apart by gameplay affixes rather than raw stats. That claim has no second source behind it.
